As a former professional athlete I always felt in good connection with my body. But two babies later I learned that my body changed.
I heard about Mehrnoush with the best references from my friend. With primary motivation to loose the postpartum weight and feel stronger again, I contacted her. From the first meeting I felt so much in safe hands. She is so skilled and so good to look at me as a whole.
I started with 3x a week postpartum program and always having my Viggo who was 3-months at that time with me to workouts. She was always so good at multitasking - having eyes and focus on me while helping to take care and entertain Viggo at the same time (from his 3-11 months of age).
From the very beginning I felt like her program was spot on for me - it gave me motivation, focus was on rather take it slower than faster, while assuring constant and actually as well quick progress. Every session started with the question - how did you and Viggo sleep tonight and how do you feel? And then we took it from there.
From the very beginning she equipped me with resistance band holiday training as well as easy-to-fit-in-home-strength-training and we discussed nutrition basics. I trained with her at least 1-2 times a week in 9 month period.
Today, as a result, I know my body and mind so much better, I can train on my own while still progressing. And she is still always available for me for any tip on the way. She helped me understand how being a mom is a journey and helped me gain respect and love for myself and my body. She always had the best energy and mom love for Viggo so he felt safe with her from day 1.
